Just had an idea regarding the forum threads. When a new post is made (and/or a new thread created), the thread in which it was posted goes to the top of the list - which is fine. However, when the thread is opened by the reader, the reader has to go to the end of the posts to find the new one - sometimes the threads span multiple pages. How about having the posts in a thread listed in most recently posted first, rather than last ?
