As we have said, we have had lots of orders processed and refunds when people have asked and not had an issue.

If we were as you suggest in a bussiness to fraud people we would not have been around long.

We hope you will change your mind and we apologise for an issue we may have caused.

If I subscribed to the 'Live' Network for 6 months, do I automatically go back to the remainder of my free 5min Delay subscription when that expires?

I have about 10 months left on the free subscription that came with the RB.

It seems as though many users are too confused, or not game to take up either the 'free' trial or a 6 month subscription until their 5min delay subscription (as supplied with the inital purchase of RB) expires as they may lose it.

Can Airnav clarify their policy on this ?
