RADAR BOX SERIAL NUMBER

I have tried to pay(payment taken) for the real time network subscription but the serial numbers have become unreadable over time on the back of the box.
I have the set up disk which has the original user name and password on it. I have tried to use the old user name ie:PGANRBetc is that correct or incorrect.
When I go into the radar box network in v3.06 I have a massage at the top saying that I can update to real time. Also still on 30 second update. Hope this is enough info for one of you computer wizzards to help me if possible. Also I have emailed Air Nav this morning but still waiting for a reply.
