GPS/ADS-B/MODE-S transponder for small aircraft

We have asked this question in the past on the forum but will do it again as we are sure we will obtain a better feedback: we asked on a weekly basis by private jet operators and general aviation aircraft owners on what they need ot have their aircraft tracker by RadarBox.

In resume we are asked about an equipment with:
- Mode-s;
- ADS-B;
- Integrated GPS;

Does anyone know more about this and what equipments are currently available on the market?

Garmin Gtx330 and 330D series are ADSB ready for G.A Aircraft ,In Australia they must be coupled to a TSO145A GPS or a 146A GPS engine ,not sure about Europe/USA. Collins  make a remote mount transponder for medium to large Aircraft and large Helicopters ,S76 for example.The model number Is a TDR94 It Has an ADSB option and again needs to be coupled to a TSO 145A GPS or 146A engine.
The Garmin 400W/500W range of GPS recievers are TSO 145A aproved and are designed to be fully coupled with the GTX 330 , you can download the Install manual on the 330 Its a very clever bit of gear.The TDR 94 Is expensive aprox 25 grand US. the garmin 330 around 4-5 grand US at a guess. Here's a (slightly censored) version of what "another" company currently has to say on the subject:

"The announcements by the CAA and EASA regarding the mandatory requirement for the carriage of a lightweight transponder, have seen the timescales move several times.

In order to certify any form of avionics, a MOPS (Minimum Operational Performance Specification) must be produced by the regulatory authorities for manufacturers to deliver and test against.

This has not yet been produced, and ... due to the lack of the certification standards being issued by the regulatory authority, ... no company is able to certify such a product."
