Clarification sought on RB 5.0 beta terms

This is at the foot of the new  beta spec......

"Users who don't share flight data and not subscribed to the network will not received flight (photo/route information from server"

Does this mean that since I do not subscribe to the Network I will no longer get flight details, photos and route information?

If you do not have the network subscription you will still see photo/route information if you share data.

You will get autolookup/photos/routes/etc. if you EITHER subscribe to the network, OR share your flight data.

Agreed, although a simple mistake between an "and" and an "or"!!

Regarding access to flight information/photos/aircraft information as retrieved from the server and how V5 deals with it:
- If user is not a network subscriber he will continue to have access to the above data if he is sharing his mode-s comms - if he is not sharing no photos/aircraft info/flight origin-destination info;

- I user is a network subscriber he will access the data with or without sharing;
