I've got just 3 live flights and the network shows only 17 over England.

Seems pretty normal near midnight across the UK. Just the few low cost carriers and fedex and few over flights at this time.
Morning rush starts at 6am.

Just fired up RB at 0600 UTC here in the UK - loads of traffic with 51 in MyFlights and 863 on the Network :-)
