HARDWARE DISCONNECTING

Can someone help I am running VISTA 32 BIT HOME PREMIUM WITH RADAR BOX AFTER A FEW HOURS I keep getting HARDWARE DISCONNECTING WHEN I TAKE USB OUT RADAR BOX END AND RE PUT BACK IN IT STARTS AGAIN BUT A FEW HRS DOWN THELINE HAVE TO REPEAT THE PROCESS CAN SOMEONE HELP

Almost certainly you have a power saving setting that is switching off the power to the USB port.  Are you running RB on a laptop or a desktop?

All power saving settings are set to never switch off what else could it be please

Have you checked in Device Manager.  Theres a setting against the USB hub that sets whether the computer can turn off the device to save power.
