Bill,

- With the RadarBox hardware plugged into your PC via USB, look at the device manager in the Universal Serial Bus Controllers section

- Unplug RB and see what disappears in device manager

- Plug RB in again so the device (whatever it's called) reappears

- Right click on that device and select properties (this is in fact RB but with the wrong driver installed)

- Select the driver tab and click on Update Driver

- Select No, not this time and click Next

- Select Install from a list or specific location and click next

- Tick Include this location and use the Browse button to navigate to:

C:\Program Files\AirNav Systems\AirNav RadarBox 2009\Drivers and click OK

- Click Next in the Hardware Update Wizard and you should see the driver displayed

- Click Next and follow the prompts.

Let us know how this goes

A quick way of installing this sort of driver is to open the folder C:\Program Files\AirNav Systems\AirNav RadarBox 2009\Drivers and find the .inf file, then right click it and select Install.

Then when you plug in the USB device, it should immediately recognise it and create the necessary registry entries for it to work permanently.
