Yes, thanks Alan, the problem there is being an Antipodean I only get one response in a 24 hour period and in the form of 'is the computer and xRange receiver on the same network'. I never get answers to the questions I ask such as 'where are the hardware and/or network settings in the RadarBox software' or 'why does the RadarBox software help features not work'! The links on the startup don't work and there is no English help chm or pdf file in the download zip, just simple self help things to get a new user helping himself. Such poor support hence posting on the forum where others may have had similar issues but clearly not.
