Seeing Double

Ive been seeing some flights here and there showing up twice and even 3 times in the My Flights list. Anybody else have this problem? It doesn't happen that often but it's a little annoying for sure.

I take it your in the US. This has never been seen in the Europe, maybe something weird is going on in the US.
