Help Me Please!!!

If you have sceen my last post you will know that my files have all being deleted.
When reinstalling the hardware with the wizard i pushed some wrong buttons and now it says that the hardware is not connected. I know what i have done wrong i just want to know how to fix it

I assume you haven't installed the drivers.

Go to device manager find RadarBox and right click on it and select update driver and point towards your RadarBox CD or RadarBox folder and then try.

If RadarBox is not in your device manager you have not connected RadarBox to your machine via the USB cable.

yes i have now looked at it.
it says that if you have any RB Drivers installed the rb should show up in the serial bus controller. But mine dose not?
The RB is Pluged in yet i can not find any trace of the rb on my computer?
I will have a good tinker today and see if i cant find it:-)

Check the Hardware section of the user manual.  If it's blinking ON for half a second, and then OFF for half a second, then you've either got a cable or driver problem.  To quote from the user manual:

When the blue LED blinks on for half a second and off for half a second, this indicates that the hardware is being powered by the computer but there is no valid connection between them. This could indicate the USB driver is not installed correctly or because there is a problem with your USB cable. For more information on how to properly install the drivers please go to the Installation section and the Troubleshooting section.

As per the manual, check the Installation and Troubleshooting sections.  Are you using the supplied USB cable?
