Problem with maps colours
« on: September 27, 2008, 10:51:39 PM »
Hi. I am new to Radarbox although i have been used to using the sbs-1 and and it's add on's for a couple of years. Very pleased with all that Radarbox has to offer. A special trip today just to get an sma to bnc adapter so i could use my outdoor antenna.
I have a proplem when changing the default mapping features colours , such as airports aircraft trails etc. When i save them as a new named file and then open it to check all is ok. the map and colours revert back to their default ones. I have no doubt overlooked something but it is getting late so i will call it a day.
Just one other question. With the sbs1 software there is an option to add locations, waypoints etc. Is that feature available on Radarbox?
Looking forward to meeting members and Airnav staff on the forum.
Regards. Reg

Hi Reg,

Welcome, When you change the colours make sure you export them and they are saved. If you have to start RadarBox again then you will need to go back to that screen and click import and find the file you saved.

Click Map in the menu, and you have lots of options to turn on airports names etc..

Also if you haven't done, download the latest version RadarBox 2009 from below
