That's fair enough, but are your logging requirements going to be the same as the next user?
That's a fair enough point which is why I agree with you that there will always be the need for specialised programs.
My own logging requirements aren't that intensive and don't go much beyond what we already have but I do feel that a reasonable level of built in logging is vital in attracting new users to the product. Particularly so in relation to some of the more non-technical hobbyists as the RB is to an extent pushed as an 'out of the box' solution.
Agree it's a good idea to have a thread to ascertain what the main requirements would be and pin down the most popular of those provided those that want things that aren't included agree to accept the outcome ;)
