Working okay for me using aircraft registrations.  In what way is it not working?

Works OK for me using flight ID's such as MON* or SHT* etc what are you trying to do ?????

Yes please give us more information. We get lots of queries like this in support and we tear our hair out sometimes, I think customers sometimes think we can see your screen and what you type :)

Sorry. All I have in there is A380 A38* A380-8 A380-* KAC00* and that's it.

I deleted them all and did them again but to no avail. I know it isn't working since I get an e-mail alert of an A380 but when I look at my SmartView it isnt there. It must be a timing issue.

EDIT: I tried KAC* and it worked. So all seems ok now. Ill keep you posted.

Only registrations or flight numbers(such as KAC*) work in smartview, for aircraft type I use the alerts.
