Can you turn off the default country outline files supplied with RB and use the High defintion outline files available from the Bones website?

Go to the Map section and then general signs deselect the country boundaries, this will just show the high def outlines.

And don't forget that as well as the Bones outlines, for coastlines and for UK airports, there are lots of other outlines available on this thread:
