Radarbox network Account expired

I have this written in the message box along the bottom of the screen
RADARBOX NETWORK YOUR ACCOUNT IS EXPIRED YOU ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE RADARBOX NETWORK.
it also has a no entry sign next to it.
But info and tracking is still working at the moment
Just bagged a Swiss Avro 146 int London City
Can some one shed any light on this

If this happened at 9pm I had the same, guess the network server had a blip

yes about 9pm when i had just got indoors but seems ok now

It could be an internet connection related problem.

The network server (which processes uploads from users) has nothing to do with the flight request server (which downloads flights to users). They are independent applications to keep performance at maximum for both.
