How to install Radarbox API

Hi, I'm a feeder but a newb. I really need to access historical flight data through the API but cant work out how to access and search it... can it all done in the black box on the left side of the API dashboard page or is that just an example, so I actually need to install something on one of my machines to use it?

If I need to install it somewhere, do I put it on my Raspberry Pi or on my Windows machine? What SDK should I download eg, csharp, python, etc. I'm not really sure what that means but am guessing I firstly need to install one of the listed programming languages... is that correct? Thank you so much for any help!

I wouldnt think many forum user will use the API, have you tried a search query on RB for the flight history you require

Im looking at it in the dashboard and a bit confused how to construct the query... there's a so much text in the query box already and I'm not sure how to use it
