RPi rbfeeder update 64-bit

I am running the rbfeeder on an RPi 4 in 64-bit mode with Buster.  I am
not getting the v0.4.2 update via apt-get.  It says I am already running
the latest, 0.3.5.  Any idea why I am not getting the update, or is the
package available for download to install manually?

The 64-bit ver 0.4.2 is not yet released, but may be released soon.
The current latest 64-bit version is 0.3.5-20200623164017
