Forum does not work in Singapore

I'm currently staying in Singapore for a few days, and haven't been able to connect to the forums
just get the following message



I just connected to a VPN outside of Singapore and find the forums now work!



tried this a couple of same times and always the same result
Any ideas Airnav?

I had this for a month from mid Sept to mid Oct. No explanation.

I have the error all the time when trying to connect from my 3G USB dongle.

Unfortunately I have left Singapore now, fwiw I was staying at the Marina Bay Sands.
