The feeder part works, addition of the MLAT unfortunately not.

(1) You have to add your location (latitude, longitude, altitude above sea level in meters) in file /etc/rbfeeder.ini under [client] , as shown below:

lat=xx.xxxx
lon=yy.yyyy
alt=zzz


(2) Mlat client seems to work ok, issue is connection failure to RB24 mlat server.

What is output of following command:

sudo systemctl status rbfeeder | grep python3   


If mlat-client is working OK, you will get an output shown in attached screenshot.

It should be back up and working now. We have received many emails throughout this period and we have been trying to bring up services as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and the delays to responses. The issues caused affected all services during this time however the windows software was the last to be brought up.

We also must bring to attention that RadarBox Windows software are legacy products have been for some time now (years in fact). This is because the windows software does not support MLAT sharing and other advanced features and the Windows software has been superseded by the AirNav Radar website and Mobile Apps.

We therefore advise to moving to Pis or X-Ranges as the above apps are unsupported.

Most of the old ID's were in as hex/reg with no ther details and most of the new ID's are already in the d/b

VP-CLO A332 arrived Hong Kong 28/05/2022 and is still there
N721MN has been in Punta Cana since last June
N2243 A319 was scrapped in 2024 at Rosewell
2-PCIB was reregistered as PK-MKA and was delivered out of Sharjah as 2-PCIB 28/11 and still waiting on its new hex

vassylad what receiver type are you trying to connect with.  Note they were working on getting things back up and running today so probably the reason you were on yesterday but not today

Also note that support aims to reply within 24 hours

Add me to the list.  Emailed support on Monday, got the canned email response that they are working on it.

Tried today with the same issue.  (Windows 10 with no updates, just a standard reboot in the morning).

Ultimately it effects their product with stations that were contributing that are no longer able to do so. 

Since I downloaded the product, I do not have a key to login with.

Makes me wonder how fragile their back end is if it has been what a few weeks that this has been an issue..
