I presume you have just got it.  Have you installed the drivers for it.  You can get them here https://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/microRadarbox-Drivers-20150411.exe

Or you can use the Zadig drivers from here https://zadig.akeo.ie/

No flights seen with flightstick.

When RadarBox starts up , it says MicroRB found but in the lower left hand cornet the hardware box is yellow and says "checking".
