Is support offline at the moment??I have sent 3 e-mails to support but not had anything back to say they had received it or any message reference numbers. It was just to activate my 3D on a new laptop but have received any reply from airnav.
Any advice much appreciated

Normally on receipt of the email you should get an automated reply with a ticket number, I presume you didn't receive a reply so that would mean they have not received your email.
I will contact support and ask them to look at the thread.

As Alan has said if you don't get a ticket id we don't get a the message on our support system. This is usually because the support system thinks the message is spam. (if its a very short email this increases the chances of being caught as spam)
Best to Personal Message us here or try using the form on the website rather than emailing.

Hi Airnav I actually did send It through the proper means via the form and not a personal email.
Can you please activate it if I send it again please.

No need, we have dug it out of the spam folder. 3D should be activated now.
