Title: Windows 8.1 drivers
Post by: Panzerman on May 24, 2014, 10:07:26 AM
Hi guys,

I see from the forum that work is ongoing with a number of Aps for mobile applications. However, I have yet to hear if any moves have been made to resolve the windows 8.1 driver issue? I have tried the steps that have been suggested but I am frustrated that I cannot move my airnav box to a new PC since it's not currently supported.

Any news from the Airnav development team would be most welcome.

Kind regards

Sid

Thanks Alan

I received a "work-around" but sadly it did not work. I'll be patient in the hope that 8.1 drivers will appear in the fullness of time. At least my box is running well on my laptop operating Windows 7.

Thanks again

Sid

We are in the process of getting Windows 8 drivers fully signed, we are surprised the work around does not work. Other customers have tried this without an issue.

I am in the same position bit not aware of the work around. What is this and how can I get it to try it out.  FYI, on trying to install the Windows 8 drivers I get a message saying something about the HASH missing from the file??

Thanks

Ken

What errors did you see on trying the win 8 drivers. My message just says " the hash for the file is not present in the specified catalogue file ". Has your problem been resolved ?
