Title: Thai Smile will start to use IATA WE from Apr 10

From this announcement.  Thai Smile Airline (sister airline of Thai International-TG/THA) will start to use airline code WE parallel with TG for domestic flights.  However, still unclear that will they still use THA or using a new ICAO code.
