You dont need to go that route Michael.  Save your mylog and photo folders.  The uninstall RB and do the full install of the version which should be posted on the forum this morning, dont install 5.00.62 as it has expired..  Install to c:\Windows

V4.03 are basically the same, with the difference, that if you have purchased the 3D option you will have 3D functionality if you have installed V4.03. If you don't have 3D purchased then V4.03 and V3.13 will give you the same functions and options(=also called bugs).

Remember if you update to V5, your NavData.db will be encrypted after first use of V5

So uninstall RB all together?

My opinion yes, as other than a larger download it would be quicker than doing various upgrades to get to the last one but it is up to you.

Would that mean go back to the original 2009 CD and starting all over again then upgrading to V5.063?

The upgrade should work OK so why not give it a go first

However I meant just loading in 5.00.63 direct with no other version.  It has not been published by Airnav yet but here is the full install http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/ANRB50063Setup.exe  You may also want to save your logos folder, silhouttes etc for use with the new version as it will load the same old stuff as the previous versions if you decide to go the full install route.  This method seems to work better for some users rather than upgrading hence why I suggested it but the upgrade route may be simpler for you.

Just remove the last control letter and it works: http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/ANRB50063Setup.exe

Sorry Michael, Windows added that junk from me using the space key.  As Ingo states removing the junk after exe lets it work

Down loaded the upgrade to.063 but the hardware is not connecting now, all was working fine last night before the time ex hit. Will try closing down and rebooting.

As every year the sky is going blank... Time to lean back and enjoy the last few hours of the year with the family. As usual christmas and/or New Year's Eve is the only time of the year we all can come together...
