Stephen,

It is normally the case that where this occurs that you have more than one version of Radarbox on your computer i.e you installed from the disk and have then updated to 3.13 or 4.03 at some stage.  The update will have went to the wrong version and you will either need to download and direct the install to the correct version or to use windows search to look for all the instances of Navdata.db3 on your computer and to move the new instance to the correct version data folder replacing the old one which is being used at present.

If you need any further assistance in doing this come back and I will try and talk you thorugh it.

Alan

Hi Alan many thanks for the info. You might have hit the nail on the head, I updated Win 64 Bit some while ago.  I will let you know how things progress.
Many thanks, Stephen.

Hi Alan, I have tired as you suggested, pointing the update to the older 2009 version. Looking back I have done some updates before with no problem. this where the update is going to;
C:\Program Files (x86)\AirNav Systems\AirNav RadarBox\Data\Data
running the 3.13 Ver of radarbox.
Many thanks Stephen

Stephen,  It should only go as far as Airnav Systems\Radarbox as it installs itself in the Data folder.

Remove it from Radarbox\Data\Data in to Radarbox\Data replacing the one in there and it should be OK

Hi Alan many thanks for above info, had a look around the files & found that there were two radar box programs one 32bit the 64bit, so decided to remove program and run the 64bit version so @ the moment I have 1086 aircraft, & running on 2.01 ver just trying to find the latest version!! Regards Stephen

Here it is Stephen, its 500Mb or so http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/anrb/403/ANRB403Setup.exe

Re 32 bit and 64 bit, i think it is all the one programme but as it is a native 32bit i think windows does things, works its magic to enable it to run in the 64bit environment

Here are the 64bit drivers as well just in case, http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/drivers/ANRB64bitDrivers.zip

If you are going to install the new version I would suggest you save your Mylog.db3 file as it has your current logs.  I would then uninstall everything else and once done manually delete all thats left.

When installing again it would be wisw to avoid the default install location and direct the install to c:\ to avoid windows virtual store problems.  Once installed replace your saved Mylog with the one installed and update the Navdata again

Have fun

Alan
