Title: 3D Authorisation Problems

I am unable to use my 3D upgrade due to AirNav server problem, i am interested to know if any other operator is having this problem, when i load the program all the 3D options are there, i then go to start/login and i only get the 2D option.

I have emailed support several times and not getting a reply. The last email i got was that the server had gone down with a serious problem i.e. no 3D authorizations.

Kendoe,

If you have a look at the thread http://www.airnavsystems.com/forum/index.php?topic=7629.0 it will show you that there is a problem on the server.  Normally support aims to get back to you within 24hours.  The problem is being worked on tonight so hopefully good news on the way.

Thanks for that, i have been in limbo all week not knowing whats going on.

It would be nice if support updated you by email to inform you whats going on, i have just not had any info whats so ever.

I will just have wait and hope its on soon.

You should have an email back with those details. Will check what happened to your support request.
