Why is Cape Town not shown as an active location ?

My ANRB feeds into the network 24/27.

There is a Cape Town marker showing at the moment.

Note that the locations shown may not be accurate.
Red Positions are extracted from the users location (Town, Country) set in the software.Blue Positions are extracted from the user IP address.Some stations may be missing.
