Title: Tornado Crash
Post by: orkney on July 03, 2012, 02:47:43 PM
Hello

We have just read the sad news that two RAF tornadoes have crashed approx 25 miles South of Wick. The news article is here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-highlands-islands-18692532 .

I think we might have logged them just before but I am not going to spread rumours about registrations as I am not 100% sure.

Yes, heard this on the squadron frequencies earlier.  Very active on the Tain range this morning, and we're all hoping that the crews have been rescued from both aircraft.

G-SARB still active in the area on ShipTrax, so lets hope for better news about both crews.
