yes, you can disable sharing if you go into preferences (in the file menu). However rememeber if everyone stopped sharing there would be no network to see :)

Glad you like what you see, post some screenshots when you have time.

File -> Screenshot -> Save to file. Then attach it to post here on the forum or to an image site and link to it.

Those "leader lines" make the picture look really cluttered.  I'd rather see history trails rather than the leaders.  Can they be switched off?

Yes they can be. This can be done in the preferences also.

Unless I am mistaken, it should be the check box for draw 5 minute vector path.

I'd appreciate some more screenshots with the leaders off when you've found the button sleepy, if you get the time.  I think that AirNav said that the history trails would be an option on the next software update.

Hi. Can you confirm that this was just local traffic and whether it is picking up every flight. I have heard that it gets swamped when the peak flow is happening

The software has been tested with over 10 thousand flights simultaneously, 900 msgs per second and performed without any problems.

Hardware has been tested with 800 msgs/second without any problems too so it shouldn't be swamped.
