Title: SELDEC's "Guide to The AirNav RadarBox"

Having recently purchased an ANRB Pro, I was looking for some supporting documentation and came across SELDEC's "Guide to The AirNav RadarBox". The description of this book looks remarkably similar to the layout of the PDF distributed on the ANRB disk though.

Is it just a printed version of the user manual or is there some new information here?
