Title: Emailing logs
Post by: N9JIG on November 09, 2010, 01:20:13 AM
I am a member of a couple different YahooGroups that share logs generated by the RadarBox. I started to share my logs last week by using the "Reporter" tab in "MyLog". The problem seems to be that the same report gets sent out every day, the one from the first day I started sending them.

How do I get the RadarBox to send out that day's or the previous days report automatically each day?

Do I have to generate the report manually every day then send it?

Along those same lines, my ANRB only pretends to send the logfile.  It never shows up at the destination.

N9JIG, On the reporter have you ticked - todays entries, auto send report daily at 00:00 UTC

NF2G, have you got the correct email address, basic i know but give it a check.
Also some ISP's dont allow messages over a certain size.  When it is sent you should get a message at the bottom of the screen under the map, where you get Network flight data etc...

Alan; Yes, I have both of those boxes ticked, and the system just sends out the same report each day, the one generated the first day I started sending reports. At first I thought it was odd I saw the same Norwegian Air Force Falcon 3 or 4 days in a row before I noticed the similar dates.

I don't know why but the feature seems to work fine now. I must have fixed whatever I did wrong...
