Hi,
Sorry for posting again but had no feedback from support for over a week so someone out there may be bale to help.
I have the program in its own C:/Airnav so not in C:/programs etc.
Just for information just did the below in ref to the drivers :
Our new Microsoft Certified Driver package is now available from:
http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/drivers/ANRB64bitDrivers.zip
Instructions:
1- Download the file above;
2- Unzip it to a folder on your computer;
3- Disconnect your RadarBox USB cable, wait a few seconds and connect it again;
4- When Windows prompts you to find the proper RadarBox driver browse the folder where you have extracted your drivers to;
If the above Windows prompt box does not appear:
1- Go to Windows Control Panel - Device Manager- USB Controllers - RadarBox - Driver - Update Driver
2- Point at the relevant folder and install the drivers;
Says I have the latest drivers.
Just for info there is no AirNav driver folder in my C:Programme files and(X 64) version just in my C:Airnav/radarbox/drivers.
Which has 2 folders :
ANRB64bitDrivers 15/10/10 File folder
ANRB64bitDrivers 08/11/09 Compressed zipp.
Is this the problem ?
Thanks again.
Mike.

Thats not the problem. You do have the latest drivers.
You will need to try RadarBox on another machine to rule out any issues with just your machine.
You mentioned before it has trouble every 2 minutes. That does sound like something is interfering every 2 mins to either run a job or check which causes it to lock up.

Hi,
RadarBox is running okay on my Samsung netbook with Win XP.
It is an intermittent fault as can run for some time then other times 2 minutes.
Just by clicking on the forum link whilst running the radar box has caused it to stop.
Just what should be in the drivers folder of C:/Airnav radarbox/driver ?
I click on it and I have a folder :
ANRB64bitdrivers If I click on that to open I see 3 folders :
amd64,
ANRB64bitDrivers,
i386.
Is this right ?
Thanks
Mike.
