Hi. I've just downloaded SQL Maestro and am trying to create a database profile against the navdata.db3 file. What is the appropriate userid/pw to enter in order to connect?
Is there any other settings that are not obvious?
Thanks,
Tony

I don't use SQL Maestro (Tarbat is probably the best person to ask), but I can at least confirm that SQLite databases in general, and that includes RadarBox's NavData.db3, don't need a user name or password in order to access them.

You shouldn't need a userid/pw. Some instructions on creating a database profile on my site at http://www.tarbat.gofreeserve.com/instructions.htm - see STEP 4.

This whole process seems to work differently on my Windows 7 laptop than it did on my previous one (Vista) ... I cannot get SQLite to connect to one of the .db3 databases ... I'm using the latest version of SQLite-Maestro.
Any assistance, tips, guidance appreciated.

When you try to connect, what error(s) do you get?

Hi - have sorted this out. Turns out I had a brain-cramp and was trying to using the MySQL version of Maestro as opposed to the SQLite version. Think I had better lie down for a while ;-)
Thanks for the help.
