RadarBox v3 shows two VOR or TACAN locations on the screen that no longer exist.
ISS (I think - it's hard to read) - formerly Griffiss AFB, is now Rome International Airport KRME and uses the UCA Utica VOR. The former Oneida County Airport is closed, too.
NZW - probably VORTAC at a now-disused airport or base in eastern Massachusetts. A Google Earth closeup shows signs of abandonment and this facility is no longer on the charts.
