I`ve had this on screen most of the day, can any one shed any light please?

Now squawking 6604 and it keeps changing

Maybe connected to "The mysterious one-second transmissions".

Various theories, including sats, ACMI pods, test equipment, or just miscoded transponders.

If you want these unknowns to show a different flag, just replace the BL.BMP file in the DATA/FLAGS folder.
