Title: windows 7 64 bits Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Post by: beaurepaire on February 28, 2010, 06:49:39 PM
hi

I have only one pc
Radarbox I run with administrator privileges
my internet connection is good
I installed the 64 bit drivers windows7
my sofware is windows7 home premium

I do not understand it works in demo mode and
not in normal mode   I pay option.

support team  does not answer or when the same things I've already made in 1000
Once I'm angry it do not check the accounts or it is
incompetent.

nothing to do

But you say that RB only runs in demo mode.  I don't understand.  If your user name and password is OK, then RB will run OK.

You have to describe more what your problem is.  You say nothing works, but you say that the Demo works?  Are you talking about 2D or 3D?  What exactly are you doing and when does RB not do what you expect?

There are loads of people here who can help you, but they can't guess what your problem is if you don't describe it in detail.

'Nothing works" isn't much help at all!

OK, now we are getting somewhere.  It is ONLY 3D that does not work.

Your english is one of the issues here. We asked you in our support ticket whether you had internet on your second machine and you replied "my pc is out"

That doesn't make sense and as per your last emails we have trouble understanding them. We will get there please be as helpfull as possible and clear as possible with the support team and we will get there.

Sir,

We have been responding to you for days and on the forum so we don't understand how you awaiting our response. You have also confirmed it works perfectly fine on your first PC but your second one it doesn't. This is what we are trying to get to the bottom of.

Unfortunately the language barrier here is causing issues. We deleted your last post as only posts in English are allowed on the forum as that's what we understand.

Our support team will get back to you with more methods to try.

Still having trouble understanding you here - want to help but you posts are confusing.

-I do not have a single pc - you have more than one PC?

- the previous PC is off - the PC that worked OK with RB3D is no longer working?

- RB I installed a new pc that I bought - your new PC has Windows 7, and RB V4.03 works OK is 2D but not 3D - is this correct?

So, another question:

- Can you see Network traffic when using 2D?

See this from AirNav 3D Development:

We also have a limit of two different PCs per 3D user account. This allows each user to install on a desktop and a laptop using the same username/password. If the user upgrades their PC or there are any other special requests for a reset of these PCs, support will be able to help on a user-by-user basis.

Are you sure that this is only the second time you have installed 3D and not the 3rd time?

it seems i have a simmilar problem as Beaurepaire, had 3D running well on a laptop and my "old" desktop, but just a few days ago bought me a new, much more powerfull PC with a marvelous 26'' widescreen, ...... NO 3D vieuw, real-time network runs fine, so not a internet/username problem.
if i get the above quote from Allocater right, i should get rid of my account on the "old" PC, to come from 3 to 2 3D accounts, now, how i do that ?
( i had no 3 stations running at the same time, so turning off 1 PC is not doing the trick )
