Title: v3.13 problem with Populate function

When I use the Populate func from the tools menu the ANRB screen becomes locked.  If I click on any  menu button or the map I just get an error beep.  The screen is working but I can't change anything.  The alert pop ups work and can be cleared.  Only way out of this is to restart the application. 

Is this a known problem?

Ok Jumped the gun a bit here.  It seems the populate func although on the screen had finished it was still operating.  It wasn't until a dialogue box popped up and I clicked ok that it freed the screen

So guess not a problem.  Just the length of time it took meant that I thought there was an error.
