Post by: anorak on December 03, 2009, 07:43:03 PM
This is most likley one for you Rod,  BKC3 isn`t in the file, does any one have a solution or a link to the correct thread please. QID 39 showing but no little picture.
Cold wet night, nothing on TV so nothing better to do.

Hi Dave

Ian K is the man, and this is the thread: http://www.airnavsystems.com/forum/index.php?topic=1290.msg38943#msg38943 (http://www.airnavsystems.com/forum/index.php?topic=1290.msg38943#msg38943)

Though I should point out that BKC3 is a wrong coding - KC-135R's and some other subtypes should be coded K35R

Personally, I've changed the references in Database Explorer from BKC3 to K35R.

Anorak, check this thread for other popular non-icao codes populated from the Airnav database.  Mostly military, but you should sort your B773 entries and any that have 'ER' on the end of the long type name should be changed to B77W.
