Title: ftp upload - 30 second update

With v3.11 now providing ftp screenshot upload every 30 seconds, a reminder to those using this facility, you might want to change your web-page to 30 second update as well.

I use <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="30"> on my page at http://www.tarbat.gofreeserve.com/radarbox.htm

Thanks tarbat - you gave me the impetus I needed to create a self refreshing page of my own, instead of the static gif I had before :)
