Title: green initalisation box

refuses to disappear ....?

it says  Running application .


what was odd was that I had the start screen up   the one where you put in the codes etc ..without the map window behind it ..

I've had a search  and there appears only one  mention of this problem .....the reply was to uninstall ....and then reinstall  ....

does anyone have any  other ideas first ?

ok so going back to version 2.1 was fine ..then reloading version 3   thats now fine ......

do I need to do any further remedail actions ?

or just leave alone if working ?
