Title: Private Jet With Ads-B flying near my house?

Hi There,
Some had told me that private jets do not broadcast ADS-B?
at the mo I have a Cessna 550 Citation ll - flying over with ADS-B,
This may not be a private jet, just looks like one here.

I see them often with ADS-B here in California.......

That's mostly true, with a few exceptions.
