Does the ACARS ofering from RB require any other hardware?

If Software What is the price - for Local Traffic ONLY?

I think around 40 US and it up to you to acquire local, unless
there is a Acars server for your area delivering data to the internet.

Good radio and soundcard, very easy and a little research on
your end
