Couple of Speedbirds passed by just now (within 5 miles), north - south on parallel tracks, yet no targets shown on RadarBox, despite there being plenty of other traffic around on the screen. Used binoculars, but couldn't make out the types.
Anyone any ideas why these are absent?

Location? Were they in the aircraft list? What aircraft type?
-
South central France, 200 miles east of Bordeaux. Not in the list, and type unknown as already stated.

I'd suggest that if there was lots of other traffic around on the screen you may simply have not noticed them in the Aircraft List (depending on how you had it sorted).
Not all BA aircraft appear on the radar screen, a number of the 737s don't have ADS-B.

Further to Dave's message above the only BA 737 that has ADS-B is G-DOCA.

Couldn't see them in the lists at all. Not the first time I've noticed this, either.
Both were twin-engined, possibly 767s? Other BA traffic has appeared OK today - B747 to Lagos, and A321 southbound.
I'll make a point of scrutinizing the list next time...

Twin? I don't believe the BA 757's are equipped with ADS-B either.
