AirNav Support,
Is it possible to buy a second antenna?
I'm using my RB at a number of different locations, and it's a pain having to take the antenna down from my skylight window every time I want to take RB with my. The standard antenna works fine for me, so I'd like to get a second one for when I'm away from home.
Thanks

We are investigating whether you can order a separate antenna. When we have information we will get back to you.

Thanks Palmall,
I have a spare SBS-1 antenna that I could use, but it is more bulky than the standard RB antenna which seems to work very well.

Thanks Support,
No hurry here, but it would be nice to have another antenna if the price is reasonable.
All the best

Hi allocator, if you visit Martin Lynch's website ( hamradio.co.uk) and click on avionics page, then SBS-1 box you will find accessories for both types. They do a mag mount for £28 but you will need a BNC-SMA adapter. They are about a fiver from Maplins. All the best.
