hi all,
I am very disappointed with airnav and the way they treat customers. my first order for the box was put on june 22nd. after a long row of emails airnav now turns to not answering my mails, because I am still waiting for the box to arrive. no info. has anyone of you out there made experiences like these?
btw I live in southern germany.

Hi, on 17-7 i ordered the RadarBox. two days later FedEx was at my door to deliver!! Fast as a bullit...

For the purposes of this topic the reasons due to the delivery issue are personal to hb6060 and we would not wish to disclose these details to the public as they are sensitive. However everything was done to get contact with the customer.

I ordered my Radarbox and I received in one week, that was amazing for me because I am in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

I have had the same experience as well. After ordering quick delivery!

BTW: Henk what is your position if I may ask? I am also located in the Netherlands.

Excellent service from AirNav,

Box ordered on the Tuesday, delivered to the UK Thursday lunchtime by FedEx.  The FedEx tracking worked very well, and the delivery time was just as FedEx stated.

i have had no problems either the Fedex system worked perfectly being able to track from Portugal to Paris CDG to Stansted to my local Office and delivered exactly when they said it would most pleased with the service.
Airnav`s choice of carrier was an excellent one they could have done a lot worse!!!

Why don't you order your Radarbox locally? We have it in stock in large quantites, as well as antennas, preamplifiers, cable etc.

when I placed my order (22nd June) there was no radarbox to be found on your pages. but I probably need some additional material, and you are first choice.
