-
Install the latest version http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/ANRB60002Setup.exe
If you don't have the log in details contact support with your PGANRB number and they should be able to help

Airnav working but no planes on screen can anyone help?
-
What is you PGANRB number. Do you have a green bottom left showing hardware connected.
Alan
-
My PGANRB number 111365 and no green bottom left.
-
OK so no green, not connected. Do you get a ping when you plug in and unplug the USB cable
Download and install the driver package http://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/ANRB-Drivers-20161222.zip

No ping when I plug in and unplug the USB cable.
-
Install the drivers package. It needs to be unzipped into the Airnav Systems/Drivers folder
Alan
-
Done that but there was the same drivers in there already.
-
If tht is the case and you are not getting pings when plugging in and out the USB cable this would suggest to me that the cable is needing replaced

Thanks for your time.
-
Check your USB plug on the unit is OK, not loose
Alan
-
No its fine but only the power led stays on not usb or signal led.
-
If you are not getting any sounds when you disconnect the cable, there is something not connection. Have you closed down and restarted Airnav and if that does not work, close down and restart the computer then restart Airnav.
What version of Windows do you have. Do you have an exclamation marks at the unit on Control Panel
Alan

I have windows 7
-
Can you see the unit in Control Panel/Devices and Printers, is it showing as OK there
Alan
-
Not at the moment as I am at my friends and do not have the charger for my computer.
-
OK look when you can and let me know
Alan
