Title: New flight stick not working?

Bought a new flight stick and set up as instructed. Downloaded radar box data sharing but it says server not on line ? I e got the app open but when I switch the dongle off it’s the same as if I would have got without the dongle? I’m pretty good with this sort of stuff but this one is proper stone walling me?

Have you installed the drivers for it from here https://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/microRadarbox-Drivers-20150411.exe
