Hi,
I am having problems with radarbox and firefox (version 107.0 64 Bit) that I am not able to solve. When I go to radarbox.com no aircraft are visible at all. If I click on one of the "most viewed" on top of the page then suddenly all aircraft appear and everything looks normal. Except I can not click on any aircraft to get more info ... hovering the cursor on top of any aircraft highlights it slightly but clicking does not have the effect it used to have. I just reset the preferences but still the same. Filters are not set and also deactivated and I deactivated adblockers. I did not find any setting related to this.
Any idea what to to?
Greetings, Bernhard

I would think that you will need to contact [email protected] for advice on this one
Alan

Okay I contacted them!
-
Dear Bernhard,
any outcome on this - i have the same issue
-
The issue isn't limited to Firefox. Edge also doesn't show any aircraft. However Firefox on Android does. Very confusing, it worked fine a few days ago.
-
No answer till now from the support and the problem is consistent on 3 PCs that I tested so far.
-
Bernhard, did you get an auto reply to your contact?
I have contacted support and the developers with your query
What is your station number?
Alan
-
No reply so far. I do not have a station number, I am just a passive user of radarbox, not feeding aircraft info from an RX into it.
-
OK thanks
Alan
-
Bernhard, are you still having issues. I raised it with support after noting stations didnt have any aircraft showing and all appears ok now
Alan
-
Hi Alan, yes the problem is unchanged. On 3 different PCs Radarbox is not working and I also heard of other people having the exact same issue. The support has not answered till now.
-
Is this issue for Radarbox or individual stations. Have installed Firefox 72.0.2 64bit on Windows 10 and it appears to be ok for me, see attached
Now updated to same version as you and still ok
-
Issue is for Radarbox... not sure what you mean with individual stations... you mean listening to a specific receiver only? I do not do that. Also I tried "Reset Preferences" just to be sure with no effect. See attached how I see it

I have no idea Bernard why I can use Firefox with no issues and you cant
Can you see aircraft using any other browser?
Alan
-
Good idea ... Microsoft Edge actually works without any issues!
-
I registered because i have the same issue.
Running firefox under debian linux bullseye radarbox displays aircraft fine. There where some updates of firefox recently (edit: firefox-esr goes from 91.X to 102.X) and i think this broke something.
Now with firefox 102.5.0esr (64-Bit) is is as the threadopener say - same issue here.
testing on another machine running windows 10 with firefox 107.0 same issue as the threadopener says. same machine with edge there are no problems.
i really would like to have it solved because i like to use it with my daily debian machine...

suggest you contact support direct as they dont come on the forum very often [email protected]

thanks for the advice, i mailed them the issue.

Something is happening right now, just tried again in Firefox and it started with actually less items than before, like no most viewed bar and no options but after some clicking here and there and a few seconds of patience everything is back to normal! Aircraft are visible and clickable. Nice.

Computers are wonderful things!! Possibly the developers had a look and made a few changes for the new Firefox version

I had the same problem since a few days but in Edge and that is now also solved.
Since when the problem started I don't know because I normally use Radarbox software (6.02.003) for logging.

Klingon cloaking device turned off?
Just thinking, Dave.

Thanks for advising Stevo, once they become aware of the issue it is usually fixed quite quickly
