It's almost been a month since I reported this and even the frequency is silent it doesn't work

It could be the same as all Spanish stations and, indeed, UK stations. It's against the law in those countries to broadcast ATC transmissions although we all know that they can be obtained via airband radios.

Reporting on here is on no use, the feeder who is having problems will need to fix the issue.  Maybe support can help them
