Title: Radarbox and Raspberry
Post by: ramonmartinez on November 29, 2021, 04:49:45 PM
Good afternoon.
I have been "fighting" with my computer for several days since I am not able to reinstall Radarbox.
I have tried several micro sd cards and I always get the same problem: after executing the commands sudo bash -c "$ (wget -O - http://apt.rb24.com/inst_rbfeeder.sh)" and sudo nano / etc / rbfeeder.ini
the /etc/rbfeeder.ini file is not created.
I have looked for a solution in the forum (https://forum.radarbox24.com/index.php?topic=105371.0) but it has not worked for me either.
I would appreciate some light :-)
All the best.

You did not provide the basic information about your system.
(1) Which model of RPi you are using?
(2) Which Operating System you have installed on microSD card?
(3) What is the output of following command
Code: [Select]
lsb_release -sc

Sorry for everyone. Solved after installing Raspbian Buster. The problem was with the Bullseye version.
Thanks.

@ramonmartinez

Glad to know you solved your problem by changing your OS from Bullseye to Buster.

Most feeder sites have not yet released their feeder software compatible to Bullseye. However there are simple workarounds to install feeders on Bullseye. I have posted these workaround here:

(1) To Install rbfeeder:

(2) To install mlat-client:

(3) To install dump1090-fa, piaware, flightradar24, planefinder, Adsbexchange feeders and Graphs:
